The initial consultation went smoothly and all my questions were answered. The installer was late but worked diligently to make up for lost time. After day 1, he informed me that this may take an extra day as he needed to install some wood panels to ensure the installation was done properly. However, halfway into day 2, I was pleasantly surprised when the installer told me that we would be able to complete the job that day. I appreciate how transparent everyone was and am happy with how the shower turned out!

Great all around experience. Had a tub/shower combo converted to a shower. From the planning, scheduling, to final install it was smooth and easy to work with. Greg with the design of what we were looking for, Kyle and Eldon for the planning and scheduling, to Shane doing the demo and install; everyone was pleasant and customer focused. Had a little hiccup with some stud replacement, but Shane got on it right away. Very happy with our new shower.
